Furniture is moved or covered. Floors are protected with canvas drop cloths. We scrape, sand, fill cracks, and prime where needed — the step most skimp on, but never we do.
Walls get two coats. Trim gets careful brushwork at corners and casings. We check every seam, touch every switch plate, and leave no paint on your floors or fixtures.

Most whole-home interior projects run three to seven days, depending on square footage and the number of coats. Single rooms can often be completed in one to two days.
Yes. We cover or relocate furniture as needed, protect all flooring with canvas drop cloths, and return everything to its place once the final coat cures.
We primarily work with Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams. Both offer excellent lines rated for Lake Tahoe's elevation and temperature swings. We include the paint cost in every quote.
Absolutely. A complimentary 30-minute color consultation is included with every project. We bring swatches, shows you samples on your walls, and helps you narrow down options.
We back every interior project with a one-year workmanship warranty. Exterior projects include one year on labor and two years on paint adhesion, subject to manufacturer terms.
We require a 30% deposit to schedule, with the balance due upon completion. We accept checks, credit cards, and can discuss financing for larger projects.
We typically paint exteriors from April through October, when temperatures are consistently above 50°F. We monitor forecasts carefully and will reschedule if conditions threaten the finish.
